We offer complimentary Welcome Letter and Closing Letter templates with the Done-For-You Systems Setup service. However, we do not offer any other document templates because we service law firms in numerous jurisdictions with differing compliance rules. For the same reason, we do not offer pre-made practice-specific workflows, but we work with our clients to set up workflows specific to their law office practices.
No. The Welcome Letter and Closing Letters are complementary templates for our Done-For-You Systems Setup clients.
For Done-For-You services, you should gather your existing checklists and workflows that your firm uses to process a case. If you work off of memory, you should put to paper what you have memorized. This should be done prior to your Project Start Date but no later than your scheduled Onboarding Meeting.
Assuming that you have provided your workflows and document templates on time, the Essentials Done-For-You service can be completed between 4 – 6 weeks after the Onboarding Meeting.

- Step 3 – Clarity Meeting
- Step 4 – Set Up & Test
- Step 5 – Review Meeting
- Step 6 – Client Test Drive

Training is generally not included in the Done-For-You service. However, during our Review Meeting, we will go over the features that were set up and look at using those features with a test case. If you need additional assistance, we can discuss available options. Also, each practice management software generally has a library of help articles and videos on using their services. I encourage you to access that assistance as well.
During this session, we will discuss your questions about your practice or project management system and come up with a personalized strategy. This is the time for you to pick my brain.
